How CHS handles your contact request and personal data.
Data controller

Data collected
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, email, phone and request details: number of people, preferred location, expected duration, optional project or site, optional expected start date and message. We also record your privacy acknowledgement, submission time, IP address and browser information to protect the form against abuse. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your enquiry data to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Technical anti-abuse data is processed for our legitimate interest in protecting the website under Article 6(1)(f). Reading this notice does not constitute consent to marketing; we do not use your enquiry for marketing.
Retention
We retain your data for the time needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months if no contract follows. If a contract is concluded, any further processing and retention will be governed by the applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Recipients
Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf as data processors. We do not sell your data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, applicable GDPR safeguards must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. Contact info@chsmilano.com to exercise your rights. You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. We do not make automated decisions or profile you using the contact form.
Providing your data
The required fields are necessary to respond to your request. Project/site, expected start date and message are optional. Without the required contact details we cannot process a quote request.
