Apartments are handed over complete with furniture, kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels. Layouts are selected for shared professional occupancy, with single or twin rooms and communal living space.
We work exclusively with corporate agreements: company-let contracts in the business's name and transitional leases where appropriate. Registration and formalities are handled on our side.
Electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi are covered by the monthly rate where available, with meters and accounts remaining in our name so nothing needs registering by your staff.
Scheduled cleaning of communal areas and linen changes are part of the service, keeping properties to a consistent standard throughout long stays.
Faults are reported to a single contact and handled by our own network of trades, so your people are not chasing landlords or suppliers.
Guest registration, occupancy records and reporting are maintained for the whole engagement, and consolidated into one monthly invoice.
