You receive a proposal with available apartments and an all-inclusive rate.

We sign the corporate contract and prepare the accommodation.

Check-in and management
Your employees move in, we manage everything else.
What each step involves

Request
You share headcount, preferred area, expected duration and any specific requirements such as parking, shift patterns or single rooms. A short call is usually enough.

Proposal
We come back with available apartments in the requested area, occupancy per unit and an all-inclusive monthly rate, along with the activation date we can commit to.
- 3
Contract
The corporate agreement is signed in your company's name. We handle registration and formalities and prepare the apartments, including linen, utilities and Wi-Fi.
- 4
Check-in and management
Your people move in and we take over day-to-day management: cleaning, maintenance, replacements, extensions and a single monthly invoice.
Typical timings
- Response to a first enquiry: within 24 hours
- Written proposal with rates: 1–2 working days
- Contract signature to check-in: on average 48 hours, subject to availability
- Extensions and headcount changes: handled during the stay with no new contract
